The role
This role would be perfect for someone who understands the agency world, thrives in that environment, loves a creative challenge, works at a fast pace and gets a thrill from seeing their strategy brought to life! You will have experience leading a variety of accounts across multiple sectors.
The role will be based within the B2B and corporate team but suitable for someone with a consumer background as well.
You will work closely with your account head to advise and steer market-leading brands, in an environment that will help you reach your potential and ultimately help you grow into a senior leadership position within the agency
You should apply if….

You are experienced in creating and activating campaigns that span earned, shared and owned media, with an in-depth knowledge of PR and social media landscapes

You know how to direct the design and production of creative content and amplify it through different channels.

You have good experience in influencer engagement and both internal and external stakeholder management

As well as a proven agency client management background, you will be comfortable with managing, motivating and guiding teams to deliver the best possible results for clients and enjoy nurturing talent internally – something we’re passionate about.

The chosen candidate will also be comfortable crafting organic and new business proposals, from small projects to full communications strategies, using creative solutions.As an account director, you will have commercial responsibility for your clients.
