When You’re Off, You’re Off

When you’re not at work, it’s very important that you don’t think about it. Rest is paramount, and you can only recharge if you’re not being reminded of work – these benefits should help with that.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 with service.
  • Birthday off (or the closest Monday / Friday if it falls on a weekend)
  • Late start / early dart once a quarter to make the most of your weekends
  • Sabbatical. Take up to 6 weeks of unpaid leave
  • Bank holiday swap. (If you wanted to work Christmas Day for example, you can swap it for a day more appropriate for you).
